Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. But if something isn't right, here's our policy.


Returns


Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or color preferences. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is significantly different from what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a full refund. To request a replacement or refund:


  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  3. Send your request to: hello@teetotalco.com


We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps.


Wrong Item Received


If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.


Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.


Exchanges


We do not offer size exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order. If your original item was defective, we will replace it with the same size and design.
